This salad features arugula from Remembrance Farm, an innovative biodynamic farm in Trumansburg NY.  The greens come with dried cranberries, toasted hazelnuts, Point Reyes blue cheese, and a simple vinaigrette made with sherry wine vinegar and grapeseed oil.

All toppings are packed separately in condiment cups so you can use as much or as little of each topping as you like.

This salad is enough for 1 large portion or 2 appetizer size portions.
